Well done to all who took part in our forth Couch to 5k this afternoon, another great turnout and the rain held off yet again!

Make sure to spread the word, 12:30pm next Sunday, February 19th for our last 5k. All are welcome to partake, both members and non-members.

In relation to our MyLife 'Every Step Counts 2023' challenge, we've hit our target of 4,000km in plenty of time!
Thanks to all who have got out and tracked their steps, great to see so much activity in our club and community.

Next week for our last Couch to 5K we will have tea, coffee & sandwiches in clubhouse afterwards. There will be a short presentation to winners and if the Donegal vs. Monaghan game is on TV we'll have it on. Make sure to take part!
