As part of the GAA Healthy Clubs Project we'll be running a Couch to 5k for 5 weeks. From tomorrow, Sunday, January 22nd to February 19th at 12:30pm starting at Dunkineely Community Centre you can walk, jog or run our 5km route.

The route is all marked out and we're ready to go, hopefully the weather holds up!

All are welcome to partake, both members and non-members.
Steps can be logged as part of our MyLife/GAA 'Every Step Counts 2023' challenge, make sure to register on the Irish Life My Life app! Download it here - https://mylife.irishlife.ie/every-step-counts-2023

If our club manages to track a collective 4,000km over 5 weeks between 11th January - 15th February 2023 we'll be entered into the prize draw. You'll be able to select Naomh Ultan in the app by:
- Selecting 'Social'
- Then 'Challenges'
- Clicking into 'Ulster GAA - Every Step Counts'

Make sure to register and get those steps in, we'd greatly encourage everyone to get involved and get active. Spread the word!
