Lidl Plus LGFA Stamp Card Rewards Scheme 2022 -

The Lidl Plus LGFA Stamp Card Rewards Scheme returns for 2022. The club is in with a chance to raise up to €20,000, rewards begin at a set of new jerseys for clubs that collect at least 50 stamp cards and go right up to €5,000 in cash funding for 500 or more completed stamp cards. In addition, the club in each province that collects the most stamp cards overall will win a top prize of €20,000. Irish Life GAA Healthy Club Project -

CLG Naomh Ultan is now part of the Irish Life GAA Healthy Club Project. You may have noticed our 'Couch to 5k' activity which we set up as part of the project.

We were accepted into Phase 5 of the Irish Life GAA Healthy Club Project at the beginning of the year and will be looking to better the club throughout the next year with various activities and projects. The aim is for Naomh Ultan to become a hub for health in our community!

Couch to 5k -

As part of the GAA Healthy Clubs Project we ran a Couch to 5k from January 23rd until yesterday, Sunday, February 20th. Huge well done to all who braved the elements of Storm Franklin for week 5 of the activity, there was a bit of sun but mostly wind and rain!
We'd over 40 participants who took part, great to see so many being active within our community.

Many thanks to our Healthy Club Officer, Peter McFarlane who co-ordinated the activities each week. As part of the Irish Life GAA Healthy Club Project we'll be organizing more activities in the near future, keep an eye out for more information!

Best of luck Martin Cunningham -

CLG Naomh Ultan would like to wish Martin Cunningham the best of luck in the European Masters Athletics Championships 2022 in Braga, Portugal this week. He represents Tir Chonaill AC & Ireland in the 1500m and possibly the 3000m M40 category. He will line out with Europe's best masters athletes, which in itself is a massive achievement.

Martin recently won gold in the M40 1500m at the National Masters Indoor Championships in Athlone, adding to his two National Outdoor M40 1500m titles in 2020 & 2021.

National Club Draw 2022 -

The GAA National Club Draw returns for 2022. The draw takes place on Thursday, June 2nd 2022 and all money raised from selling the tickets remain with clubs, therefore a fantastic fundraiser for our club.

Tickets can be purchased on our website here, we're also selling physical tickets through our committee. If you'd like to purchase a ticket or a book, please reach out to any committee member. Every Step Counts 2022 -

Well done to all who participated in MyLife's challenge in partnership with the GAA Community & Health department - 'Every Step Counts 2022'

We've a combined total of over 6,300km by 35 very active walkers/runners/joggers. We've cleared our collective target of 4000km well, which gets us entry into the prize draw. The finish date for this challenge is Wednesday, 23rd February. Let’s see who finishes at the top & how many kilometres we can clock as a club.

Royal Flush Lotto -

Royal Flush Lotto results for 20/02/2022 were 3, 8, 16 & 17. There was no winner of the jackpot of €780, consolation prizes went to Brendan Shovlin, Kathleen Breslin & Margaret McNicholas. Next week's jackpot now stands at €800.
