Huge well done to all who braved the elements of Storm Franklin this afternoon, there was a bit of sun but mostly wind and rain!
Today's Couch to 5K marked the end of our five week challenge. We'd over 40 participants who took part, great to see so many being active within our community.

Many thanks to our Healthy Club Officer, Peter McFarlane who co-ordinated the activities each week. As part of the Irish Life GAA Healthy Club Project we'll be organizing more activities in the near future, keep an eye out for more information!
