Congratulations Amy Shovlin -

Congratulations to Amy Shovlin who made her inter-county debut for London Ladies LGFA yesterday, February 13th. They took on Limerick in round 1 of the 2022 Lidl Ladies National Football League, unfortunately Limerick got the better of them on the day winning by 2-9 to 0-9. Nonetheless a great achievement for Amy and hopefully this is the beginning of a great inter-county career for her!

Couch to 5k -

As part of the GAA Healthy Clubs Project we're running a Couch to 5k from January 23rd to February 20th, each Sunday at 12:30pm starting at Dunkineely Community Centre. Those taking part can walk, jog or run our 5km route and all are welcome to join in. Steps can be logged as part of our MyLife/GAA Every Step Counts 2022 challenge, make sure to register on the Irish Life My Life app!

Well done to all who braved the elements for yesterday's 'Couch to 5K', especially the two youngest participants; James Duddy who ran the route and Eimear Reynolds.

Next week is the last of our 5 Week Challenge, it would be great to finish with everyone who took part to date and who ever would like to join in. As always, everyone is welcome!

Ádh Mór St. Catherines VS Senior Boys Gaelic team -

Best of luck to all our club players and the St Catherines Vocational School Senior Boys Gaelic team in their Ulster Semi-Final this afternoon, Monday, February 14th in Eamon Byrne Memorial Park, Fintra.

The game unfortunately had to be abandoned last week due to an injury sustained by a player, we'd like to pass on our best wishes to that player involved and hope he makes a speedy recovery.

Throw in time is scheduled for 2pm this afternoon, they take on neighbouring school Coláiste na Carraige in an all Donegal Semi-Final.

Every Step Counts 2022 -

MyLife's latest challenge in partnership with the GAA Community & Health department is Every Step Counts 2022.

If our club manages to track a collective 4,000km over 5 weeks between 19th January - 23rd February we'll be entered into the prize draw. To take part simply download the MyLife app or register at the following link. In the app, select Social, then Challenges and click into Ulster GAA - Every Step Counts. You'll be able to select Naomh Ultan as your club then.

As of this morning, we're 5,031km collectively. Huge congratulations to all our walkers, joggers & runners! We've hit our collective target which gets us entry into the prize draw of MyLife/GAA Community & Health - 'Every Step Counts 2022' challenge.

We'd a total of 35 people tracking their steps on the app and wouldn't have been able to achieve this target without them. Let's try keep it going now and get that count up even further!

Lidl Plus LGFA Stamp Card Rewards Scheme 2022 -

The Lidl Plus LGFA Stamp Card Rewards Scheme returns for 2022. The club is in with a chance to raise up to €20,000, rewards begin at a set of new jerseys for clubs that collect at least 50 stamp cards and go right up to €5,000 in cash funding for 500 or more completed stamp cards. In addition, the club in each province that collects the most stamp cards overall will win a top prize of €20,000. Royal Flush Lotto results for 13/02/2022 were 2, 4, 12 & 14. There was no winner of the jackpot of €760, consolation prizes went to Sara O'Donnell, Cathal Byrne & Gerry Blain. Next week's jackpot now stands at €780.
