As part of the GAA Healthy Clubs Project we're running a 'Couch to 5k' for 5 weeks. From January 23rd to February 27th at 12:30pm each Sunday you can walk, jog or run our 5km route starting at Dunkineely Community Centre. All are welcome to partake, both members and non-members. Steps can be logged as part of our MyLife/GAA 'Every Step Counts 2022' challenge, make sure to register on the Irish Life My Life app!
