Thanks and a massive well done to all who took part in our `Couch to 5k` challenge today, we'd a great turn out and the rain held off!
To suit more we're pushing out our start time to 12:30pm next Sunday. We hope to see all back and for anyone interested in getting out and active, you're more than welcome to partake!
