As part of the GAA Healthy Clubs Project we'll be running a Couch to 5k for 5 weeks. From tomorrow, Sunday, January 23rd to February 27th at 11:30am starting at Dunkineely Community Centre you can walk, jog or run our 5km route. All are welcome to partake, both members and non-members. Steps can be logged as part of our MyLife/GAA 'Every Step Counts 2022' challenge, make sure to register on the Irish Life My Life app!

The 5km route is marked out and we're all ready to get out walking, jogging and running, See you there tomorrow!
