Our U14 Girls had a great start to their league campaign last night in Pairc Naomh Ultan. They got off to a flying start with three goals consecutively from Sarah Hegarty, Michaela Murray and Sarah Hegarty again. Hegarty got a hat-trick nearing the end of the half after two Michaela Murray points to really put a distance between the two at half time.
Rachel Murphy and Michaela Murray both pointed early in the second half, a much tighter affair followed with some excellent defensive work by Naomh Ultan. Melissa O'Shea made it 5 goals for Naomh Ultan just before the water break. After it, Michaela Murray, Sarah Hegarty, Clodagh Murray & Kayla Boyle all got on the scoresheet to top off a fine performance. Well done girls!
