Thank you to everyone who expressed interest in our Pilates, Breathwork, and Reiki classes. The first session starts this evening, Tuesday, August 12th, at 7pm upstairs in the clubhouse at Pรกirc Naomh Ultan.
Lauren will guide you through a Pilates class, finishing with a relaxing 15-minute Breathwork session.
If you have your own mat, please bring it along - but donโt worry if you donโt, weโll have one ready for you!
What to bring -
- Comfortable clothing
- A jumper for the Breathwork portion
- A bottle of water
