Our festivities kicked off this evening, and what an evening it was! We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended.
The launch of our 50th Anniversary book was a great success, accompanied by a fantastic BBQ catered by Outside Catering Donegal. The Killaghtee Accordion Band made a grand entrance into Pรกirc Naomh Ultan, impressing everyone with their talent. The O' Donnell School of Traditional Music also delighted the crowd with traditional Irish music and dancing performances. It was a lively evening following a busy morning with Day 2 of our Coaching Camp, photos of all the happenings will be posted in the morning.
The activities and festivities continue tomorrow afternoon with our Family Fun Day, generously sponsored by PwC Ireland. The day will feature a variety of games on the pitch, alpacas wandering around, and face painting for the kids. We are also hosting a Gear Swap stand during the Family Fun Dayโbring any unused Naomh Ultan gear to exchange!
The celebrations donโt stop there! We are honoured to welcome Uachtarรกn Cumann Lรบthchleas Gael, Jarlath Burns, to our 50th Anniversary celebrations. With the GAA President visiting the county, we are thrilled that he will be joining us for our 50th Anniversary celebrations. The Uachtarรกn will officially open our new walking track facilities and is sure to receive a warm welcome at Pรกirc Naomh Ultan! He is scheduled to arrive around 6pm.
To cap off a busy day, the popular Duck Street Jam Band will perform live at the club grounds. We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow for a day packed with fun and excitement for all ages!
