⚫️🟑 MacLaughlins Dunkineely - New Senior Team Sponsors ⚫️🟑

Our Senior team were delighted to be presented with new sets of jerseys on Saturday afternoon.

We'd like to thank Donal Kelly, MacLaughlins Dunkineely for the kind sponsorship. This jersey is a special 50th anniversary edition and having MacLaughlins as the sponsor is very fitting.

Donal's father and former publican of the pub, the late Christy Kelly, was our first chairman in 1974.

The jerseys had a good run out that evening as our senior side opened their 2024 campaign with a win away to Pettigo.
We extend our gratitude to MacLaughlins for their continued support. Their commitment to our club is hugely appreciated!

CLG Naomh Ultan presents a one-of-a-kind fundraiser "100 To Home" on the May Bank Holiday Sunday, May 5th 2024.
This unique fundraiser coincides with our jubilant 50th anniversary and is kindly sponsored by S and R Motors Donegal!

Over 40 individuals associated with our club will undertake a challenging 100km cycle from Errigal to the heart of our club, PΓ‘irc Naomh Ultan.
Our participants are currently hard at training and preparing for this monumental event. We've witnessed them receive phenomenal support thus far, it is truly appreciated and means so much to both them and the club. Make sure to take a look at our event website and continue to show them your support - www.100tohome.com

In conjunction with our fundraising efforts, Naomh Ultan will make a contribution to Crumlin's Children's Hospital on behalf of our Bord Na nΓ“g and LGFA board. They are joining forces to support the "100 To Home" fundraising initiative and during the cycle will gather at PΓ‘irc Naomh Ultan to collectively walk 100km on our walking track facilities.

Extend your support to both boards by visiting their pages on our website:

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ”§πŸ§‘β€πŸ”§ CE Scheme & TÚS Initiative Roles πŸ§‘β€πŸ”§πŸ‘¨β€πŸ”§

CLG Naomh Ultan are offering opportunities to work at the Club through the Community Employment Scheme (CE Scheme) and TÚS Initiative to gain some experience or learn new skills. If you are aged between 21 and 60+, unemployed and receiving an eligible Dept. of Social Welfare benefit payment, you may qualify for work at our Club.

If you're aware of anyone who might be inclined to volunteer for an hour or two each week in and around the clubhouse and dressing rooms, please don't hesitate to inform us. This could be a family member, perhaps someone who is retired, or even yourself, or anyone simply seeking an opportunity to enjoy an hour outdoors.

Every club, including Naomh Ultan, is facing the challenge of finding volunteers willing to contribute a bit of their time to support what the club provides to the community.

If interested in either of the above, please contact us via DM on Facebook or by contacting Club Chairman Alan Lyons (087) 468 9435

More Information on CE Scheme and TÚS Initiative.

We're be collecting boots at our training sessions, we will continue to collect and sort boots and hope to distribute them this Spring.
